Lee Ann McCabe-Chiacchio, Esq. has more than 16 years of experience in Family Law.  Ms. McCabe-Chiacchio is former Counsel to Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.C. and now has a private practice in Ewing, New Jersey.  She is an active member of the New Jersey State Bar Association as well as the Middlesex and Mercer County Bar Associations.  Ms. Chiacchio is a member of the Middlesex County Judicial and Prosecutorial Appointments Committee, a non-political review board which vets all potential judges and prosecutors for appointment and reappointment in Middlesex County. 

Ms. Chiacchio has served as a Matrimonial Early Settlement Panelist for many years and is a member of the Middlesex County Family Law Committee.  She also volunteers her time for various organizations including Lawyers CARE, is a Board Member on the Child Placement Review Board and advocates for the Rights of Children.

Ms. Chiacchio received the Martin S. Goldin Family Law Award for Excellence in Family Law, in 2004. 

Admitted to the practice of law in 1992, Ms. McCabe-Chiacchio received her law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law and her undergraduate degree in Business Administration/Marketing from Montclair State University.  She also served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Robert L. Garrenger from 1992 to 1993 before entering private practice.
